TPEG New Material of Polycarboxylate Water Reducer
HPEG is a kind of main raw material(polycarboxylate polyether monomer) for producing high performance polycarboxylate water reducing agent, it is produced with methallyl alcohol and ethylene epoxide as main raw materials.
1. This product has good water solubility; high retention rate of double bonds,comb-like molecular structure, large degree of
freedom, designed molecular structure, can create the required high performance water reducer by the simple synthesis process.
2. It is polymerized into water reducer with low dosage, high water reducing rate, better performance, durability, no corrosion, friendly to environment, and so on.
Store in a cool,ventilated warehouse,away from fire and heat,prevent direct sunlight. Oxidizing agent strong acid and alkali should be kept separate and not mixed. This product can be used as a non-dangerous chemical.

Performance and Application
1、This product has good water solubility.
2、The product adopts high active catalyst and special synthesis process, with narrow molecular weight distribution,
low glycol content and high double bond retention rate. It has greatly improved the polymerization activity, high
product conversion, high effective content of polycarboxylic acid water reducer products synthesized by other methods,
and excellent comprehensive performance of water reducer.
3、Performance and quality index of synthetic water reducing agent:
①High cost performance. In the case of the same water reduction rate, it has high cost performance.
②The mixing amount is low and the water reducing rate is large. The mother liquor of water reducing agent with 20%
solid content and 1. 0% (amount of cementitious material) water reduction rate can reach 30-35%。
③Good plasticity. The slump loss of concrete is small after 1h.
④Excellent durability. It can greatly reduce water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.
⑤Green environmental protection. Formaldehyde and chloride ions which are harmful to the environment are not
used in the production of water reducing agent, and the content of sulfate is low.

Transportation and storage : this product is nontoxic, tasteless and nonflammable. It is stored and transported
according to general chemicals. Store in dry and ventilated warehouse.
